No Return, No Refund Policy
At Riiffs India, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. However, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy.
Wrong or Damaged Product
We will issue a replacement only if the wrong product was sent or if the product was completely damaged upon delivery.
Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging in unused, sellable, and undamaged condition and with at least one wrong or damaged product photo. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
